At WG, we are on a mission to improve the public accounting experience and to create a firm so unique that ambitious professionals are willing to wait to join us and then stay for a meaningful career.
Our vision is to be known as the Michelin-Star Restaurant of public accounting. Exceptional and worth the wait. We believe outstanding client service is driven by technical excellence, strong leadership, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
Are you a tax professional who takes pride in doing exceptional work but keeps hitting walls at firms that don’t give you the tools, support, or environment to actually do it?
At WG, our tax department is different. Our tax managers don’t spend their days putting out fires or cleaning up after undertrained staff. They do real, complex, advisory-level work — with a team that’s held to the same high standards they are, processes that actually work, and leadership that’s always looking for smarter ways to do things.
